WHO WE ARE
This site is owned and operated by ActiveEdge Collective LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with operations in Alabama, doing business as 2PHIT Athletic Club ("2PHIT," "we," "us").

USE OF THE SITE
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen's display is fully accurate.

ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

PAYMENTS
All transactions are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and available accelerated checkout options. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. All orders shipped outside the United States are final sale.

2PHIT CLUB MEMBERSHIP
The 2PHIT Club is an annual paid membership. By joining, you authorize us to charge your payment method each year until you cancel. Member benefits, including the member discount, free U.S. shipping, and annual perks, apply only while your membership is active and may be updated over time. You can cancel any time from your 2PHIT account at account.2phit.com or by emailing support@2phit.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and memberships are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. See our Cancellations and Refund policies for details.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Discount codes, member pricing, and promotions are limited to their stated terms, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may cancel orders or revoke discounts used in violation of their terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, and product designs, is the property of ActiveEdge Collective LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2PHIT Athletic Club and ActiveEdge Collective LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
