SUBSCRIPTIONS
The 2PHIT Club is an annual membership that gives you access to exclusive perks, discounts, and member benefits, including 10% off every order, free U.S. shipping, and annual rewards.

When you join, your payment details are stored securely and your membership renews automatically every year at the then-current membership price until you cancel. We'll send you a reminder before any renewal charge is made.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep your member benefits through that date. Memberships are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

PRE-ORDERS
When you purchase a pre-order, you're securing an item that is out of stock or not yet available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining balance when your order is fulfilled.

What you need to know:
- You'll be notified before any charge is made
- You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled
- Once fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return per our Return & Refund Policy (U.S. orders only)
