Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

All rates are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more.

2PHIT Club members get free standard shipping on every U.S. order, with no minimum.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. International orders are subject to customs duties and import taxes determined by your country. These fees are collected at checkout where possible and are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated international delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

All international orders are final sale. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged. See our Return & Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect items.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status from your 2PHIT account.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@2phit.com with your order number. We'll investigate and make it right.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
